Season’s Greetings Friends! I hope that you are all enjoying a joy filled day with your loved ones. My family is trying something a little new this year. Instead of preparing our traditional Christmas feast of turkey with all the fixings we decided to spend the day enjoying our new toys, playing games, putting together puzzles and catching a holiday movie (or two). We are going to have an assortment of appetizers including pizza monkey bread that the kids are preparing, this cheddar cheese ball and plenty of other goodies available for everyone to snack on throughout the day. A big batch of chili will be simmering in the slow cooker if we have any room left in our bellies for dinner. I will let you know if this is a start of a brand new tradition. How are you celebrating Christmas this year?
I am going to take a little time away from Parker Posts to enjoy the winter break with my family. I’ll return in January with new tips and tricks for the new year. May your Christmas sparkle with moments of love, laughter and goodwill, and may the year ahead be full of contentment and joy. Have a Merry Christmas!
