Monthly Menu: July
Is it just me or did June go by in the blink of an eye? I put together my meal plan for July this past week. Read about why I decided to start planning for the entire month HERE. My July menu is a mix of my family’s favorite recipes from past summers, plus a few new recipes that I’ll be trying for the first time. I dedicated one night a week to eating out this month. Use THIS blank monthly menu to customize a plan to best meet your own needs. If you are looking for additional summer meal ideas check out my June monthly menu HERE.

Summer Pasta: Meat Free
Chicken Romesco and green beans: Gluten Free, 20 minute meal
Caprese piadine: Meat Free
Steak kebabs with chimichurri: Gluten Free Note: I substitute extra parsley to take the place of the cilantro since my family isn’t a fan of the herb.
Grilled salmon w/ greek salsa & orzo: Meat Free
2 tomato pasta w/ mozzarella & basil: Meat Free.
Apricot grilled pork tenderloin with peppers: Gluten Free, 20 minute meal
Avocado caprese chicken: Gluten Free
Grilled chicken Caesar pasta salad: Tip: Save time and use store bought rotisserie chicken and prepackaged Caesar salad on especially busy nights.
Arugula salad with chicken and apricots: Gluten Free
Pasta w/ zucchini and almonds: Meat Free
3 ingredient slow cooker chicken soft tacos: I love that you can use frozen chicken breasts in this recipe. It’s great for those times that I forget to defrost my chicken ahead of time. I cook mine for the least time possible to avoid dry chicken.

BBQ chicken & corn on the cob: Gluten Free
BLT salad- balsamic chicken w/ avocado & feta: Gluten Free
Black bean burger with sweet potato fries: Quick & Easy, Meat Free Note: I use the Trader Joes Quinoa Cowboy Veggie Burgers. I serve it on a toasted brioche bun with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and sliced avocado
Huli Huli Chicken: Gluten Free
Caesar salad & Steak piadine: Quick & Easy
Hoisin honey glazed pork with grilled pinapple: Tip: If you tug on a pineapple leaf and it comes out easily, that is a sign that the pineapple is ripe and ready to eat.
Cobb Salad: Gluten Free
I really enjoyed reading your messages about which recipes you enjoyed most last month. Do you have a summer staple recipe that I should try in August?
Have a Happy 4th of July!
